I have a list of emails and I want to do a Bcc mass email mailing. I can't import into any program - no names - mass mail program

I spent hours trying to understand, create, like a mass mailing via e-mail. I cut and through e-mail in Excel, but do not let me save as a CSV file. All e-mail program will only accept a CSV file and I can not imagine what I am doing wrong.

I simply copy the complete email address in Outlook, but there were problems. Who knows how to make a mailing list - (unnamed) and they do put in a program, a mass-mailing BCC. I try to send my resume to recruiters! Thank you.
